And so begins the first game of the Disney On Ice trip, with a stop visiting our old friends in Columbus. The Blackhawks are hoping to follow their strong showing in the All-Star Game with a win.

These next six games on this road trip are must-win for the Blackhawks if they want to get into the playoffs without praying for other teams to lose. As of right now, the Blackhawks are tied in points with San Jose and Colorado, with Minnesota and Los Angeles right behind with 55 points.

Marty Turco was in net for the two wins against Columbus this year (including the 4-1 win in Chicago on December 26th), so he gets the nod again. Steve Mason will be in net for the Blue Jackets.
