Ray Emery will be the starting goaltender for the Blackhawks. (@chriskerber) Jaroslav Halak will be in net for the Blues. (@lkorac)

Jonathan Toews will be sitting out tonight’s game as he suffered an apparent setback in his recovery from concussion-like symptoms. He’s missed the past ten games. Steve Montador remains on Injured Reserve with a concussion, but he skated with the team today. (Chicago Sun-Times)

Marian Hossa is underrated, no matter how much we joke that Hossa is God. I guess. (Holik On Hockey)

Corey Crawford has bought a town home in River North. Thanks for that bit of news, Trib. (Chicago Tribune)
