The Chicago Blackhawks won against the Colorado Avalanche in regulation after trailing in the second period — the fifth time they’ve done that this season.

What.

Daniel Carcillo had the game-winning goal with 49 seconds left in the game.

What.

Ray Emery is now 10-0-0 on the season — a new Blackhawks record for a goaltender to start the season.

What.

The Blackhawks managed to win the game even after losing Andrew Shaw and Patrick Sharp to injury. This was after Marian Hossa was a late scratch and Michael Frolik missed the game with a bug. That means they were down to nine forwards for most of the third.

WHAT.

The Blackhawks are now 21-0-3. They have now gone half of this season without a regulation loss.

WHAT!?

I… I just… look, if you want more in-depth analysis of this game, go to Get Higher (Aerys’ Colorado Avalanche site) or The Committed Indian. I’m just going to sit here and wonder how this keeps happening.
